But I have managed to keep her head up and find joy in the little things. I am always been a very independent person, and even before becoming a single mother, I never relied on anyone else to make me happy. Instead, I am focused on building a strong support system around me. I am always been there for my friends, and they're there for me in return.
On Valentine's Day, I don't feel sorry for myself or dwell on what i don't have. Instead, i celebrates the love i do have in my life. I'll send cards or small gifts to my friends and family, reminding them how much I care for them. I'll take my son out for a special treat, or plan a fun activity for them to do together. And i'll treat myself to something special too, whether it's a nice dinner or a relaxing bubble bath.
To any other single mothers out there who may be struggling on Valentine's Day, I hope my story can be an inspiration. Remember that you're not alone, and that love comes in many forms. Whether it's the love you have for your children, your friends, or even yourself, it's worth celebrating. Happy Valentine's Day to all the single mothers out there – you're doing an amazing job!
