My family has a tradition, to cook an important family treat "Cupid's Enchanting Cheesecake"🏹
So here are the ingredients for strawberry cheesecake🍓:

THE BASIS
Shortbread 300g
Butter 80g

FILLING
Cream cheese 500g
Fat cream 33-35% 200ml
Sugar 150g
Strawberries 400g
Gelatin 18g

JELLY
Strawberry juice 250ml
Gelatin 10g
