Flattening your shoulder blades is good for your health
id: 10050377

Technique:
1. We stand up straight, legs a short distance from each other, the back is even. (If convenient, you can do mixing in a sitting position).
2. Next, raise your straight arms up, stretch your spine and make one clap of your hands. Then, bending the arms at the elbow joints, we wind them behind the back, so that the shoulder blades come together. An example is shown in the image in the post.
We hold for a couple of seconds, then raise our hands again and repeat all the steps again from 1 to 2 minutes.
