Hello to all readers! 💚 Today I want to talk about my new hobby - yoga. 🧘‍♀️ I started doing yoga not so long ago, but I already felt how useful it is for my body and soul.

1️⃣First of all, yoga helps me relax and de-stress after a long day at work. When I'm on the mat, I forget about everything else and can focus on my breathing and movement. This gives me the opportunity to clear my mind and tune in a positive way.

2️⃣Secondly, yoga helps me become more flexible and strong. I noticed that my coordination of movements improved, and my endurance also increased. I am becoming more and more confident in my abilities and can perform more complex asanas.

3️⃣In addition, yoga classes give me a sense of peace and harmony. I feel that my body and mind are working together, and this helps me better understand my feelings and thoughts.
