How not to mope and maintain peace of mind
id: 10052369

1. Fatigue can be associated with heavy employment at work. It would be nice to take a day off and sleep well. Sometimes that's all it takes to recover.
2. It may also be associated with seasonal beriberi. Replenish your diet with fruits, vegetables, vitamin drinks (rosehip tea, etc.). Or drink vitamins, after consulting with your doctor.
3. Move more! Everyone knows the truth that “movement is life”. It is always difficult to start, but once you get over yourself and start exercising, you will quickly feel a surge of strength and joy. It's even better to exercise outdoors. And you can just go downhill, skiing or skating.
4. Move away from situations that cause bad moods and avoid people who are unpleasant. Spend time with people close to you, they are always ready to listen and help.
5. Laugh more! You can watch your favorite comedy. Laughter distracts from sad thoughts. The brain releases endorphins, the happy hormones.
6. Get creative. It can be any activity you like. Alternatively, drawing. "Isotherapy" is a well-known remedy for depression and "spleen". Even if you think you can't draw, don't be afraid and try.
7. Treat yourself. You can buy your favorite sweets or go shopping. (The main thing is not to get carried away! Otherwise, you will have to get rid of new problems later.) Another way to treat yourself is to arrange a spa at home. Light scented candles, pour a bath with oil and foam, make masks and brew herbal tea. Your body will thank you and your mood will definitely improve.
8. Do yoga - it helps to relax and learn to control emotions. Performing asanas, you will learn how to breathe correctly. When we are tense, we cannot breathe deeply, and shallow breathing exacerbates anxiety. You will also feel better in your body, gain emotional balance and become less vulnerable.
9. Love yourself! Think only good things about yourself, take care of yourself, and then you will have the strength to take care of others!
With love, Sofia ❤
