I have always been a person who keeps everything to himself. I do not like to talk about my feelings and thoughts, even to close people. But lately I've started noticing that it's starting to affect my health and my relationships with other people.
I began to feel that I was forgetting important details from my life and that I could not adequately assess my emotions and reactions to situations. I understand that I need to change something in order to continue to live a full and fulfilling life.
That's why I decided to start writing a personal diary. I want to have a place where I can record my thoughts, feelings and experiences. I want to be able to look at my life from the outside and understand how I can change what does not suit me.
I think journaling will be therapeutic for me. This will allow me to express my emotions and feelings without the fear of being narrowed down by social norms and stereotypes. I will be free to express whatever is in my heart without fear of judgment or criticism.
In addition, I believe that keeping a diary will help me understand myself better. I will be able to see my successes and failures, as well as understand what events and people in my life affect me positively or negatively.
Overall, I think that keeping a personal diary will be a very rewarding and meaningful experience for me. I am sure that this will help me become a more conscious and happy person who can fully immerse myself in my life and enjoy every moment.
