The time before bed is for me a time of self-reflection and meditation. I am trying to process all the emotions that I experienced during the day and come to a conclusion about what I can do to improve my life and the lives of those I love.
Sometimes my thoughts are too loud and prevent me from falling asleep. But I try not to think about it and just accept all these thoughts as part of myself. I believe that in this way I strengthen my mind and spirit, and become better every day.
So, if you also have your own thoughts before bed, do not be afraid of them. Just accept them, and use this time for self-knowledge and self-development. And when you go to bed, remember that tomorrow you will have another day to become better and happier.
