How is my dance training going?

Since childhood, I loved to dance, and in the end I decided that this hobby is worth devoting my life to. Now I am studying at a dance school, where I train in several areas: hip-hop, modern dance and Latin American dance.

Every day my workouts begin with a warm-up. I do a series of stretches and warm up exercises to avoid injury. Then the technique exercises begin to help me improve my movements and synchronize them with the music.

After I finish working on the technique, we move on to the choreography. Our coaches create complex and interesting dance numbers for us, which we then perform at concerts and performances. We try to develop good coordination and accuracy of movements.

The most difficult part for me is Latin dances. These are very energetic and fast dances, and I have to try to control my movements as much as possible and be in shape so as not to miss the rhythm. But I love this challenge and enjoy every minute of training.

Of course dance training takes a lot of time and effort, but for me it's worth it. I feel more confident in my body and on stage, and my body becomes more flexible and stronger with every workout. This is not only my hobby, but also my way of life.
