When I decided to get a cat, I thought about the breed for a long time. I knew that the Maine Coon is a large breed with big beautiful ears, and I was sure that he would be a great companion for me. I began to search the Internet for information about the Maine Coon, read reviews and looked at photos.

Finally, I found an advertisement for the sale of Maine Coon kittens. I called the seller and he invited me to view the kittens. When I saw these small, fluffy lumps, I was delighted. I immediately chose a kitten, which I named Baron, and bought it.

On the first day, Baron was a very calm and affectionate kitten. He slept on my lap and purred when I stroked him. I was sure I made the right choice.

However, the very next day, the Baron began to show a completely different side of his character. He became very active and noisy, throwing all the furniture around and scratching me when I tried to clean him up.

I was in despair. I did not know what to do with this little energetic kitten. I called the seller and asked him to take the Baron back.

A few days later, the seller took the Baron, and I felt relieved. I realized that Maine Coons are a breed for people with a certain experience in keeping large cats, and I was not ready for such a responsibility.

I don't regret trying a Maine Coon, but I now know that I should have researched the breed more before making my decision. I am glad that Baron has found a new home where he is loved and taken care of.
