Scientists have proven that harsh discipline and strong parental pressure, especially in girls, is fraught with anxiety disorders and the appearance of anxiety and unreasonable fear. But for those girls whose parents pampered and were attentive to their needs and desires, tendencies to the emergence of various anxiety and phobias almost did not find.
So let's learn to pamper yourself! This skill:
- will increase your sensitivity and sensuality, you will learn to listen to yourself and your feelings;
- increase your feminine energy;
- You will feel the inner self-worth;
- It will be easier for you to accept gifts from men and from life;
- Improve your mood and satisfaction with life;
will give you new strength;
- increase love of self and love of the world.

How do you see the process of "pampering yourself"?
Women who have not encountered this positive experience usually think of going to a beautician, a spa, a masseur, or going shopping and buying stuff for themselves.
But what you really need to allow yourself is what you want, not what others do! We put ourselves in a hard frame: this is impossible, that is impossible. There are so many responsibilities and things to do, and so little pleasure and self-care. Some of us have to stop eating after the baby and someone else and allow ourselves our own portion of food, which can also be left out!

Many of us find it hard to allow ourselves certain things, and it's a good idea to find those things first! Find something that will make your life brighter, more joyful, happier, and allow yourself to have it!

How to pamper yourself?
Buy a bouquet of flowers and decorate your home, breathe in the fragrance and smile.

Buy yourself a body care product, something you've wanted for a long time, but were afraid to afford it: essential oil, an expensive brush for blush, etc.
Or make a scrub yourself, take your time, find the ingredients and have fun.

If you're tired and run down, indulge in idleness. Allow yourself to do nothing. It's our way of life: when we have a free minute, we immediately find something to do, not a minute without efficiency, we have to occupy ourselves with something. Try to stop! You can especially mistress to make a pause in cooking, order a meal at home, go out for dinner.

Do something you've wanted to do for a long time, but have been putting off for lack of time. Go to the theater, go for a walk in the park, go to the baths, start sewing, paint, that's right without preparation, re-read a love classic, review your favorite movie. Spoil yourself!

Allow yourself small joys, fill your life with them! And your life will be more emotions, good mood and satisfaction.

You deserve a better life! Not ordinary, gray and cheap! But quality, healthy and beautiful, and sometimes completely impractical and ineffective. Find something that will show you care and concern for yourself.

Pamper yourself not out of your head, but out of your body and out of your soul. Listen to yourself, to your feelings: what do I need? What do I want?

Go your own way, not the hackneyed ways.

Many people give such advice: indulge yourself with a bar of chocolate, a cake, drink a cup of coffee ... I would not give such advice. But to treat yourself to pure water, fresh vegetables, instead of fried potatoes, fresh juices are okay! Indulge yourself - it means not to indulge yourself, and make your life more joyful, more beautiful and healthier!

If you are rarely alone, you just need moments of solitude, moments "for yourself".

Is there a place in your house besides the kitchen, your space? If you live with your parents or in a rental apartment, then you just need to arrange your own nook.

It can be a chair, with comfortable cushions, with a beautiful floor lamp, where you can read your favorite book or a love story. Just start thinking about what you want?

Here I am, for example, chose my desk and chair in white. This is called pampering yourself - buy not something that is practical, but what I like. I've had the white chair for six months now, but I've been so neat that it's still as good as new! And white can be practical when it's a joy, too!

If your home clothes are sweatpants and slippers, you can treat yourself and buy a new home dress
