Replace sugary sodas with water and tea without sugar. There is a strong pattern between sugary drink consumption and obesity in adolescence. Even pizza and fries are not as harmful as liquid calories from soda.
Arrange snacks of fruits, vegetables, hummus, and low-fat cheese. These foods, unlike cookies and candy, have fewer calories and sugar and more fiber and protein, which will provide more satiety.
Add protein foods to every meal. These include eggs, chicken, dairy products, and legumes. Lack of protein in the diet increases hunger and makes you overeat.
Consume more whole fruits and vegetables. They are rich in fiber, which helps regulate hunger and is good for weight.
