A glass of water in the morning is very useful. The warmer this water is, the better, because the temperature of our internal organs is higher than the body temperature. It rises during the night. Cold water, entering the warm environment of the body, spasms the internal organs. Warm water "washes" us from the inside and is quickly absorbed in the small intestine.

However, there are no hard and fast rules. There is no perfect morning for everyone. Everyone has their own start of the day, each person has different goals, different daily routines and life circumstances. The main thing is to set aside some time for the morning task that will be effective for you. And if waking up early is very difficult for you, try setting the alarm a little earlier until you get into the habit.

1. After the alarm rang, lie in bed for another 5 minutes. During this time, try to plan your whole day: what important things you need to do, where to be in time, etc
Plan your whole day while pampering yourself in bed.

2.Have breakfast
Don't skip breakfast, even more, try to make it tasty and enjoyable.

3. 15-20 minutes of morning reading. I introduced this habit six months ago and already had time to feel how qualitatively it affects my mood. Books about a healthy lifestyle, scientific publications or just something motivating increase productivity, fill with new ideas and always make the mood better.

4. Checking the phone. The first time after a night's rest, I try to check my phone and mail no earlier than 9 a.m., this makes it possible to spend the morning comfortably and follow productivity rituals.

5. It remains to get ready to leave the house. If you prepare things in advance, it will take no more than 5-10 minutes.

6.SMILE!

Start your day with a smile, even if it is difficult for you to "squeeze" it out of yourself. According to psychologists, you will feel better and maybe your mood will improve.
