1.Find a room where you can be alone and quiet. If this is not possible, put on your headphones and turn on meditative music or a recording with the sounds of nature.
2. Perform breathing practice - it allows you to bring yourself to life on a physiological level. Take 10 deep breaths in and out: inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. Hold your breath for 2-4 seconds before each exhalation.
3. Imagine the place where you are most comfortable to be - it can be the seashore or your childhood room. Think about what sounds are in this space, what is the temperature of the air, what your skin feels.
4. Become aware of the meaning of the affirmation you are about to say.
Say the phrase slowly.
5. Pause for a deep breath in and out, once again focus on the image of a comfortable place for you.
6. Repeat the affirmation: you can say the phrase to yourself or quietly out loud, whichever is more pleasant and easier for you. While speaking the words, do not let go of the image of your cozy place. You need to say about 10 times - the brain must realize and remember the information.
