I personally cannot stand such people around me, and in this post I would like to tell you why.
First, lazy people are incapable of achieving goals and solving problems. They are not ready to put in the effort and time to achieve their goals, and they often give up halfway through their work because they are too lazy to keep working. When I work with someone on a team, I want everyone to contribute, and lazy people can't do that.
Secondly, lazy people are incapable of self-development and growth. They do not read books, do not learn new things, do not go to trainings and do not develop their skills. This makes them not only uninteresting interlocutors, but also incapable of professional growth and career.
Finally, lazy people are often selfish. They are not ready to help others, not ready to share their resources and time. They think only about their own needs and do not want to waste their energy on helping someone else.
I believe that each of us should strive for self-improvement and growth. We must make the most of our time in order to reach our goals and be successful. That's why I don't want to put up with lazy people around me. I want to be surrounded by people who share my values and who are willing to work towards their goals and growth, just like me.
