Types of self-sufficiency
Due to the fact that self-sufficiency is a complex concept, psychologists divide it into three types:
Household. A property of most adults. It refers to a person's ability to independently lead his life and financial independence. That is, a person earns enough money for self-sufficiency. Has skills in cooking, cleaning the house. Able to organize home space. In other words, one can live alone.
Social. It manifests itself in the individual's ability to exist harmoniously with the outside world. It means that a person was able to occupy a niche in society that suits him. Having a good job, an interesting hobby, a desire to develop one's talents and abilities are signs of social self-sufficiency.
Psychological. An indicator of psychological self-sufficiency is independent thinking. Ability to make decisions independently and bear responsibility for them. Lack of need for constant approval of one's own actions. A comfortable existence alone with oneself.
A rich and developed inner world allows you to find activities to your liking independently and without company. But this is not about isolation.
Rather, it is about a conscious choice of a circle of communication.
