What to do if you find that you have burnout?

1. Get your sleep.
Try to sleep at least 7–9 hours a day.

2. Engage in physical activity.
Despite the fact that it is the last thing a person with burnout wants to do, it is necessary. It is one of the most effective means of combating burnout and stress.

3. Carve out time for yourself.
Try to take a break from business. Remember what brings you pleasure and spend the day accordingly. Try to set aside a few hours a day to take care of yourself.

4. Do something creative.
Choose something that has nothing to do with work, school, or anything that stresses you out.

5. Find value in your activities.
If you work and study and don't have the ability to change that place, then focus on the aspects you enjoy.

6. Take a break from all the work that is bothering you, allow yourself to do nothing.
