Mango, lemon + pineapple
I will not discover America if I say that pineapple is the favorite fruit of everyone who is on a diet. (Although there has been a recent consensus among scientists that its ability to burn fat after dinner is a myth.) Be that as it may, pineapple contains a special enzyme - bromelain, which has an anti-inflammatory effect and helps digestion. The ideal partner in crime is the mango, which is high in water and fiber.
Take 100-150 grams of pineapple (only, I beg you, not canned) and 100 grams of natural mango. Throw the pieces in a blender, add a hundred milliliters of water, a little lemon juice - and say goodbye to swelling of the abdomen.
Lemon, cayenne pepper + agave syrup
Pink cayenne pepper is not only photogenic as hell, but also effective - despite the pungency of action, it helps to calm intestinal bloating and increase metabolism. Lemon juice works in a similar way, which facilitates digestion. The only "passing" ingredient in this company - agave syrup - is present in the recipe solely for taste. But without it, you are unlikely to drink it all!
So what does it take to get a flat stomach? A glass of warm water, the juice of half a lemon, a tablespoon of agave syrup and a pinch of pepper. Twenty minutes before lunch will work even better.
Ginger, Turmeric + Almond Milk
Both ginger and turmeric are honored anti-inflammatory drugs used in Ayurveda and Oriental medicine. Ginger quickly soothes mild nausea, while turmeric helps eliminate puffiness.
For the bloat smoothie, you will need: one teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of finely chopped ginger, one tablespoon of coconut sugar, two teaspoons of coconut oil, and a cup of almond milk. Heat the milk slightly, and then mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Voila! An excellent substitute for both morning cappuccino and two sets of abs exercises.
