This recipe was written down by my mother, this one by myself, in a funny childish handwriting. Let's give a second life to our old cookbooks? 🤩 Today I will share with you a recipe for chocolate cookies, and I suggest you do the same.
To begin with, we will need:
Butter - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 160 g
Flour in / with - 150 g (1 cup with a capacity of 250 ml)
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 50 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Salt - 1 pinch

And let's start cooking:
1. In a deep bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until smooth.

2. Add eggs and cocoa, mix again.

3. Mix the baking powder with the sifted flour and add parts to the dough, kneading well each time.

4. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

5. Roll walnut-sized balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a distance of 5 cm from each other.

6. Bake cookies for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

7. Carefully transfer the finished chocolate cookies to a plate and let it cool.
