How hair ages (and what to do about it)
id: 10041970

Let's start with the most obvious - with age, hair turns gray. Moreover, if the “silver” in the hair appears earlier than the prescribed average age (say, after 30), then here you should “thank” your parents, because in this case the problem is most often of a genetic nature. In addition to genetics, however, such factors such as stress, malnutrition, lack of sleep and rest and, in individual cases, serious illness. If the puzzle is not in your favor, then the endocrine glands in your body will stop producing melanin - the same pigment that is responsible for the color of the eyes, hair and skin. With its lack, all those parts of the body that should have a certain characteristic shade seem to “fade” (which is why saying “gray color” is not entirely correct, because there is no color at all in gray hair).

Solution. Of course, you can (and in some cases, you should) dye your hair. However, it is important to consider here that gray hair “grabs” the paint in a completely different way than young pigmented hair. Therefore, in order for your favorite shade to look bright and rich, you should think about leaving in advance. Shampoos, conditioners and skin care products marked “anti-age”, which include such sos ingredients as omega fatty acids, come to the rescue here.
