I read many wonderful stories, and many sad ones...I have been on here for 4 years, found the right lady and lost her to the very old communist method for any visa... If a lady have a letter and email that's traceble for the KI visa you should approve it...even a simple tourist visa is 30 years behind the times... As an American I can visit Ukraine for 90 days every 6 months but Russia requires in depth personal information that any scammer could use to steal you blind... I tried to get visa for Olympics and stopped as the form requested all my family and bank accounts and property... this is none of any counties business, its the start of information to a scammer...
Sorry, but most embassy are 30 years behind times.... With computers, an easy back ground check can be made in 30 minutes...
