Let it be a daily five-minute gymnastics in the morning or a set of breathing exercises. Do not follow the fashion (for the same fitness), but create a recovery formula that will work just for you.
Strict dietary restrictions, strict diets are unhealthy things. There should be variety in food - preferably in accordance with the constitution of your body and lifestyle. And balance. The main thing is a sense of proportion.
Cumin, nutmeg, cloves are the three main spices for long life. Keep them always at hand. And of course, do not forget about ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. In Tibetan medicine, we recommend drinking boiled water, and boil it for at least five minutes. Especially if you have digestive problems. It is generally accepted that we should digest only solid food. But we also digest water! Raw water is heavy, boiled water is much lighter, it strengthens the immune system, it is good for the throat, stomach, liver and digestive system. Have you ever felt, after drinking a glass of raw or bottled water, heaviness in the stomach, bloating? In the cold season, boiling water is especially useful. A glass of warm, well-boiled water with a spoonful of honey on an empty stomach and half an hour before meals is very useful, especially for women. Such a drink, by the way, helps to reduce weight - if you drink four glasses a day.
As for meat, you again need to adapt to the individual characteristics of the body. In particular, what kind of digestion do you have. For some, meat is good, but for some it is better to limit it. But of course, no one needs to eat it every day. Once or twice a week is enough. Spinach, spirulina, mushrooms, not to mention legumes, are excellent substitutes.
So many modern people, including the youngest, have weakened kidneys. They are most at risk during the cold season. Sit less in the cold or wet - especially for women. For women's health, the condition of the kidneys is a fundamental thing. And dress for the weather. It is believed that drinking cold water with lemon in the morning is good for detox. But keep in mind that lemon has cooling properties, which also weakens the kidneys. Therefore, be careful with such a drink, especially in winter. A hot drink with ginger and lemon, you can add tea, is much better. Ginger warms and stimulates digestion.
