I have had long term to study, as a wester man. I respect their traditions. One of the main differences is that. The traditional Slavic value is that once all the approvals, family etc. are met that
The promise is the honor of their tradition not to go back on their promise. It is a dishonour to both the family and the individual, when the promise is not adhered to.
It is a very serious conflict as the family is the most important in Slavic tradition. When a Slavic makes a promise, the family will stand by them though all. It is against all what they are and believe.
This is one aspect that the western have to come to terms with what you promise is what you do. There is no respect for any one that does not follow that. It means there is no honor with the individual and the family of the perpetrator.
THEY SEE THAT AS A DISHONORED FAMILY AND BLOOD LINE.
Please respect that of the person you are dealing with in a Slavic man or women.
It has very bad repercussions on the rest of the western nations.
Please say what you mean and mean what you say.
