I have always loved pasta; it's such a simple dish that can be made at any time of day, and yet it's always delicious and satisfying 😋

To start, I want to share an interesting fact about pasta. Did you know that pasta was invented in Italy and translates from Italian to mean "dough"? It's also known that pasta was brought to Italy from China and adapted by Italian chefs in the 13th century. Now, pasta is a beloved dish of many cultures, and each region in Italy has its own unique pasta recipe.

My signature recipe is spaghetti carbonara. This dish is easy and quick to make, but it's so delicious that I'm sure you'll love it just as much as I do 😍

Here's what you'll need:

Spaghetti - 500 g
Bacon - 150 g
Eggs - 3
Parmesan cheese - 150 g
Heavy cream - 100 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
First, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, usually about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the sliced bacon in a pan until golden brown.
In a bowl, beat the eggs together with grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

😊 Drain the spaghetti in a colander and add it to the pan with the bacon. Mix it well so that the spaghetti is covered in the bacon fat.

😋 Turn off the heat and add the egg mixture, quickly stirring it so that the eggs don't scramble, but the cream and eggs should be heated to a temperature where they cook through.

🍝 Serve the finished dish immediately, sprinkled with a little more grated cheese on top.

And there you have it, our signature pasta is ready! It pairs perfectly with red wine and can be a great breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

This recipe is super easy to make, so I can't wait to get letters from all the happy men🤤 who tried it out! Let me know if you liked what you made! 😉 I'll keep sharing my female secrets to make sure you keep coming back for more! 💃🏻
