10 DISHES OF UKRAINIAN NATIONAL CUISINE THAT YOU MUST TRY
Ukrainians have always been famous for their hospitality and a variety of dishes. Even the most fastidious gourmet will appreciate the unmatched taste of Ukrainian national cuisine.

I have prepared for you 10 traditional Ukrainian dishes that every Ukrainian must know and every foreigner visiting Ukraine must try.
1 Borsch. The most popular Ukrainian soup. The main ingredient is beet. Traditionally, it is served with sour cream, garlic or onions and pampushki!
2 Salo. It occupies a special place in Ukrainian cuisine. Lard is the power! Restaurants often serve a snack of lard and spices, which you can spread on black bread. And it is just incredibly delicious!
3 Dumplings. This is the most favorite dish of Ukrainians and guests of our country. There is no limit to the variety of varenyky: fillings from potatoes, cabbage, cottage cheese, cherries, strawberries, etc. But, regardless of the stuffing, dumplings are always delicious with sour cream.
4 Dumplings. Delicious rice filling with meat, and on top - cabbage leaves soaked in a delicious gravy of vegetables. No one will remain indifferent to such a dish!
5 Homemade sausage. Ukrainian delicacy. Nowhere else you will not find such a sausage as in our country! It is made from minced pork and guts, roasted and baked in the oven. The smell is incredible. Perhaps the process may not seem very aesthetically pleasing to some, but the result is worth it, and that's probably the most important thing!
