INGREDIENTS:
1. Sheets of lasagne 9 pcs (200 gr)
2. Cheese 350 gr
3. Flour 80 gr
4. Butter 80 gr
5. Garlic 4 cloves
6. Milk 800 ml
7. Minced meat 1 kg
8. Tomato 500 gr
9. Onion 200 gr
10. Carrot 150 gr
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING:
1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a medium grater.
2. Chop the garlic.
3. Chop the tomatoes in a blender.
4. Fry onions, garlic and carrots in vegetable oil.
5. Add minced meat, tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry until tender. For taste, you can add dried basil and oregano.
6. Sauce: Melt the butter. Add flour, milk, salt, pepper, mix with a whisk so that no lumps form. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
7. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
8. Place lasagna sheets in a greased form. Spread half of the mince over the lasagne sheets. Pour minced meat over 1/3 of the sauce. Sprinkle with 1/3 cheese. Cover with lasagne sheets. Spread remaining mince on top. Brush with half of the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with half of the remaining cheese. Lay out sheets again. Brush with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake lasagna with minced meat in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
