My passion for fitness started a few years ago when I noticed that my physical form had deteriorated greatly, and I began to feel tired and insecure. At that time, I worked in an office and spent most of my day at the computer.

I decided to change my life and started doing fitness. At first I went to the gym several times a week and did simple exercises under the guidance of a trainer. Over time, I began to notice that my physical form improved, my mood improved, and fatigue went away.

Then I started doing group classes such as yoga, pilates, aerobics and others. They not only helped me improve my physical condition, but also helped to improve my psychological state and strengthen my self-esteem.

Today I cannot imagine my life without fitness. I continue to exercise regularly and attend various types of training. It has become not only my hobby, but also a way of life. Fitness has helped me find a balance between the physical and emotional parts of my life, and has also given me self-confidence and a feeling of taking care of my health.
