As a fitness trainer and nutritionist, I know that eating right is not necessarily about limiting yourself in everything. Many people think that going on a healthy diet means limiting yourself in everything. I can tell you all the secrets.🍒🍎

1 Rule. You don't have to give up all unhealthy foods, you can just reduce the amount of them. On the contrary, abruptly giving up junk food is stressful for the body. 🍕
2 Rule. Eat as many seasonal foods as possible, as they contain maximum nutrients. 🍏
3 Rule. Sugar can be replaced with a sugar substitute, there are many good finds now. Or simply reduce the amount of sugar you consume.🍰
4 Rule. Drink water. There should be at least 30-35 ml of liquid per 1 kg of weight in the body per day. 💦
5 Rule. Do not forget about protein products. They can give a long feeling of fullness, and they are also rich in amino acids. Protein is necessary for the body to build muscle tissue, to replace waste cells. Protein-rich foods include various meats, fish, squid, shrimp, nuts, mushrooms, some legumes, eggs, and cottage cheese.🥚

Being healthy is easy. I wanted to share my knowledge and experience, I hope it will be helpful to someone 😊.
