1. LEARN TO THANK YOU
Psychologists call the ability to be grateful a key component of happiness. Ideally, you should come up with a ritual of gratitude for yourself - for example, keep a diary and write in it daily about people and events for which you are grateful.
2. MANAGE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
3. BUILD A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH MONEY
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS
5. MAKE HEALTH A PRIORITY
6. GET YOUR BUSINESS IN ORDER
7. LIVE TO THE FULLEST LIFE
Do a little experiment. For a couple of weeks, record all your actions in a diary - analyze how much time you spend on work, how much on sleep, how many valuable minutes a day you spend aimlessly wandering around the expanses of social networks and watching TV, and what part of the time is in your schedule dedicated to truly interesting and useful activities - sports, creativity, study. Now think about how you can reshape this schedule so that your life becomes richer and more joyful. You may find that all you need to be happy is proper physical activity, or engaging in an exciting hobby for a couple of hours a week. Reduce time in front of the TV mercilessly, replacing it with reading, walking, exercising, beauty treatments or needlework - it's no secret that of all types of recreation, watching TV is not only the most useless, but also contributes to a bad mood and disturbing thoughts.
