What kind of people should you surround yourself with and why is it so important

Even as a student, who were you friends with? After all, not with those who have a character and interests similar to yours, but with those who literally sat next to you.

Also, many socio-economic studies have shown that a person's economic instability is largely determined by the district in which he lives. In some regions, the chances of improving the financial situation are very good, while in others they are close to zero.

Simply put, our immediate environment matters a lot. As Jim Rohn aptly put it, “You are the average of the five people you spend most of your time with.” Or, as the former director of Yahoo! Tim Sanders: "Your connections are your net worth!"

If you feel bogged down even though you're struggling to make progress, take a look around. Most people adapt to whatever environment they find themselves in. They have a personality trait that psychologists call an "external locus of control," where people believe that external factors control their lives.Think about who those people are in your immediate environment? How did they get into it? Do they help you reach up?

If you want to improve your condition and succeed in life, then you need to surround yourself with people who have higher standards than you.
Most people are a direct reflection of those around them. If others have low standards, a person also lowers theirs. If others have higher standards, he raises his own.

Remember the people, just being close to whom your thoughts rise and energy grows. These are the people you need to surround yourself with. These are the people you need to be like so that others become better just by being around you.

The quality of your life and the quality of your work is determined by the standards you set for yourself and the standards of those around you.
So if you really want to get better, then surround yourself with people who will hold you to a higher standard than you currently do. As you get closer to them, you will soon learn a lot from them.

Your talents and potential do not matter if you are surrounded by people who will not help realize them. Many of us have acquaintances with untapped potential. But don't let this happen to you.

Choosing your environment is of the utmost importance.
Choose not only with your mind but also with your heart. Thank you for your attention Lady Anna
