When I began to think about choosing my future profession, my love of history was not the only factor that influenced my decision to become a teacher. Being surrounded by children and working with them has always brought me joy. I have found that I feel a special connection with children.
My calling to become a history teacher became clear when I realized that I could combine my passion for studying the past with my love for children. I wanted to convey to them the importance of history and help them understand how it relates to our world today.
Working as a history teacher gives me the opportunity not only to share knowledge but also to help children develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to see the world in the context of the past. I try to create engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods so that my students not only memorize the facts, but also experience the moving historical drama.
My love for children gives me strength and motivation every day. Meeting their bright eyes, joy and creativity, I feel like I'm doing something meaningful.
