Hello, everyone.

My name is Veronika, and I"m originally from Ukraine. As some of you may know, my home country has been in a state of war for more than a year now, and the situation doesn't seem to be improving anytime soon. After much consideration, I made the difficult decision to leave my family, friends, and everything I knew behind and move to France in search of safety and stability.

The process of starting over in a new country has not been easy, but I feel fortunate to have found a support system here in France. I've been learning the language, experiencing a new culture, and meeting new people every day. It"s definitely been a challenging but rewarding experience so far.

However, my heart still aches for my home country and the people I left behind. Every day, I worry about the safety of my loved ones and the innocent civilians who continue to suffer in the ongoing conflict. It's not easy being so far away and feeling helpless, but I'm grateful for any opportunity I have to raise awareness and support for the situation in Ukraine.

I hope that someday soon, peace can be restored to my home country and the people there can live without fear and uncertainty. Until then, I will continue to work hard and strive for a better life for myself and my family.
