Girls go there, it’s obvious that they like to play sports .. And I’m somehow all through myself. I can hardly force myself to go there. I used to quit walking, because sometimes I travel far, sometimes I don’t have a company, sometimes I don’t have money. But now everything is there, except for the company)) I go to the gym alone. I probably need the company only so that someone more fond of sports agitates me to go in for training).

They tell me if I don't like it - why are you going ... Go to the pool or go to aerobics there, etc. But after all, as far as I understand, in the pool you can only lose weight, obviously not pump up muscles. By the way, I also began to go to the pool. So far I've gone 2 times. But the pool is so - optional. Learn swimming techniques, and just stay in the water.

I've been cycling all summer. I didn't find the company either. Because then everyone works, then it’s not great, then they don’t want to.
