😘Exercising on a miracle machine: Has anyone ever seen those wild constructions in fitness rooms that look like a mixture of medieval torture instruments and spaceships? Don't be surprised if we girls seem a little confused at first. It's kind of like a game of "Find the start button and pray you don't fly off!" ha ha.

😛"I just came to stretch." That's one of the hardest parts of going to the gym is getting there. There are several steps to getting out: the gym attire, the constant checks in front of the mirror (just to make sure everything is securely glued on) and, of course, the search for ID, namely a fitness club member lost somewhere between two cushions on the couch. Yes, we women are like that.

😳The Mirror Room: The most interesting place in the gym is the wall of huge mirrors. This, of course, is so we can observe ourselves and our progress. But, let's be honest, it also serves to check out our new gym outfits and constantly shift our focus from our workouts to ourselves. We end the session by standing in front of mirrors for half an hour and proudly saying, "My life is a movie!"

😘Post-workout: What do girls do after a good workout? We rush home, trying to avoid every flight of stairs because our legs refuse to go any further. Our pride may have suffered a little, but someone somewhere decided that we have to defeat gravity and show the world how awesome we are!

🤗Cardio and food: Let's not forget our favorite pairing - cardio and food! When it comes to working out on the treadmill, nothing beats the feeling of having our heart rate sped up and all we can think about is how soon we can get back to cakes and pizza. After all, all workouts have to compensate, right?

I hope I managed to make someone relax and smile a little during this little journey through women's fitness.
