For me, meditation is a source of inspiration and healing.
Meditation has many benefits. First, it balances the psyche. Secondly, it allows you to take control of emotions. Thirdly, it focuses attention. However, this list can be continued for a long time
But for me, the main plus is that it helps me regain my strength and relax as much as possible.

Meditation can calm the nervous system, improve health and emotional state.
Meditation is the observation of oneself and one's thoughts; it is an abstraction from the environment.

It is best to meditate twice a day.
15-20 minutes in the morning and the same in the evening.
In the morning, meditation will help put your mind in order, give you a boost of energy and prepare you for the start of the day, and in the evening it will help relieve tension and fatigue, and relieve unnecessary thoughts and worries.

Don't be lazy to devote some of your time to this, by practicing meditation you can become happier and healthier, and it will definitely change your life for the better.
