5 ways to improve your mood in less than half an hour

1 Call a friend
Sadness, despondency, irritation and other unpleasant emotions often arise from loneliness. Talking to a friend will help you unwind and remind yourself that there are people who care about you. And if you arrange a meeting (even if it is virtual), you will have an additional reason to be happy.

2Experience nature
All it takes is a short walk or sitting in the sunshine and you'll feel better. The vitamin D and endorphins you get from breathing in fresh air will have an impact on both your physical state and your mood.

3Help someone
Volunteer for a project that's important to you, bring an elderly neighbour some groceries or give unwanted items to charity. Doing something selfless will make you feel happier and make the world around you a little better.

4 Write out what you love about yourself
To boost your self-confidence, think about what qualities and traits you like about yourself. Write a few of them out on a piece of paper and stick them in prominent places at home. As soon as your gaze falls on them, you will feel a surge of good mood and confidence. When the effect starts to fade, replace this batch of stickers with stickers of other qualities.

5 Thank family and friends
For example, for a favour, a gift, a pleasant evening together or just for being in your life. It will make you feel good, and they will be happy. Try to thank someone every day and you will start to notice more good things around you and your relationships with people will become stronger.
I am sure that these tips will help you and you will cheer yourself up
