HOW TO PRESENT A GIFT: GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
In the East, the preparation of a present and its presentation is a real ritual, which is approached responsibly and meticulously. In Europe, America and Ukraine, gift-giving is treated freely, but still some rules should be observed:

Remove the price tag and any evidence of the value of the presentation. If a guarantee is provided, keep the guarantee documents and warn the recipient about it.

Pack the gift: a modest, but beautifully decorated thing looks dignified and presentable. Psychologists believe that the process of unwrapping also gives pleasure and enhances the festive mood.

Choose the right moment for congratulations. Only flowers are handed from the threshold or in the hallway. For giving other surprises, you need a calm atmosphere, without fuss. If you congratulate a colleague, do not do it on the run, in the corridor or while doing work. Wait until lunch break.

Present the gift with your left hand so that the right hand can respond to a handshake or embrace the recipient when thanking him or her.

When giving a gift, smile and look at the celebrant. If you avert your gaze and look away, it causes reciprocal embarrassment and confusion.

Say a few compliments or other warm words. If there are many guests, for example, at an anniversary or wedding, limit yourself to one wish.
