A few good habits can help you improve your sleep:
1. Stick to your sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time. Even on weekends.
2. Create a calming atmosphere.
A quiet, dark, calming atmosphere and a comfortable, cool temperature in the bedroom will help you sleep. Do not turn on bright lights in the evening.
3. Put away accessories. Remove electronic devices, including TVs, computers, smartphones from the bedroom or at least turn them off 30 minutes before bedtime.
4. Watch your diet. Avoid caffeine (within 6 hours of bedtime), alcohol (within 4 hours of bedtime), and large meals before bed. Eat a healthy diet during the day.
5. Do not drink before bed. It is possible and necessary to quench your thirst before bed, but excessive drinking can cause sleep problems.
6. Do not smoke. Do not start smoking or quit this bad habit. Never smoke right before bedtime.
7. Exercise. Physical activity during the day will help you fall asleep easier at night.
8. Use your bed only for sleeping. Do not eat in bed, watch TV, or work.

Also, don't go to bed unless you feel sleepy. If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get out of bed.😴

Have a habit of taking naps during the day. Limit this time to 45 minutes.

If you have trouble sleeping, see your doctor.
