Today I want to share with you my thoughts on healthy eating. As an athlete, I realized how important it is to eat right to saturate the body with all the necessary nutrients.
My diet is based on fresh and natural food. Vegetables and fruits are my main source of vitamins and minerals. They not only give me energy, but also contribute to a quick recovery after training.
Proteins are another important element in my diet. I prefer chicken, fish and eggs as they contain the high quality proteins needed for muscle growth and repair.
Don't forget healthy fats! I prefer olive oil, avocado and nuts. They contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which promote heart health and help control weight.
And, of course, drinking! Water is my main drink as it hydrates my cells and helps to quickly eliminate toxins from the body.
Remember that every body is unique and it is important to listen to your body. Eat according to your needs and don't forget about balance. Proper nutrition is the key to health and success in sports!
