I am far from a young girl to do such sports as gymnastics, pilates or flying yoga. But I was well over 30 when I tried these sports for the first time. And you know what?
I liked it immensely.
And I continue to do it.
In order to diversify my cycling, I periodically do flying yoga. It greatly relaxes muscle tone. I became flexible and skillful. Now I am completely addicted to this sport.
