Many girls and women know firsthand what a lack of motivation is. For example, it seems that it has long been decided to sign up for a gym, or for fitness, start attending a dance or yoga studio, but still nothing. In fact, everything that does not allow you to lead a healthy and active, in a word, sports life is nothing more than excuses. And they work precisely because the fair sex simply cannot find the right motivator for themselves.

An excellent solution, in this case, would be to purchase a new thing. Beautiful, stylish and comfortable tracksuits for women can not only please their owners, but also make them sincerely want to start dancing, doing yoga, dancing or playing active games. At the same time, all the reasons to once again postpone this task "for later" will magically disappear by themselves. Who doesn't want to quickly dress up in a brand new set of pants and sweaters to try them out in training?

It is not in vain that popular wisdom says that “the beginning is already half the battle”, and, as you know, she is not mistaken. And since the important decision to start sports has been made, you just need to organize yourself to start training. This will help the advice of psychologists and coaches who have become professionals in time management.

Any girl or woman will be pleased to receive an award for their efforts. Training is also a measure of work, which means that you need to reward yourself for it. Decide what you will pamper yourself with for going to a fitness or dance studio? Perhaps it will be an unscheduled trip to your favorite spa treatment or a couple of pieces of chocolate eaten in the evening in front of the TV. The main thing is that you are pleased and that it is something truly desired.

This works on a subconscious level. As soon as you come up with a worthy “reward” for yourself, your brain will see a real benefit in completing the task, which means that all the obstacles that supposedly prevent you from immediately starting sports training will disappear by themselves. Self-persuasion attempts, in this case, do not work, because phrases like “I will be in trend” or “I will feel better this way” are too generalized, the subconscious mind does not consider them as reality.

Once upon a time, one writer said a truly correct phrase: "A person is worth as much as his word is worth." And if you say in public, for example, to your friends, colleagues or family, that you will start playing sports this week, you will have no choice but to keep your promise. You don't want to look like an empty talker in the eyes of others, do you? The main thing is that when promising, you indicate a clear deadline. For example, say that you will attend your first workout before the end of the current week or within the next two weeks. Do not cheat and do not promise to do it sometime, you do not need to delay the start of classes too much. If you say that you will start to lead an active life before the end of the year, it is likely that in a couple of months everyone will forget about your promise, including you.

Freud seems to have been right when he said that financial gain is one of the strongest motivators in the world. This is something that can effectively goad almost every person. If the tracksuit you bought isn't a good enough reason to hit the gym right away, promise yourself money. Have you wanted to buy new perfumes for a long time, but you don't have enough money for them? So, get yourself a piggy bank, for each visit to a fitness club or dance studio, save a small amount there. Believe me, it will not ruin you, but over time it will allow you to raise money for what you have long dreamed of.

Reshaping your own thoughts is not an easy task. But difficult does not mean impossible, it just has to work hard. With regard to sports motivation, this should be understood as follows: try to imagine what will happen after a workout, feel the satisfaction that will grip you when you return from the gym and stretch out on your favorite sofa in front of the TV, or in an armchair, with your favorite book in your hands. Allow yourself a little “savor” of the pleasant emotions that you will receive through the activity. But just don’t get too carried away, remember that you still need to earn full satisfaction by going to a workout.
