Confidence what is it?
It took me a long time to discover this trait in myself.
For me personally, confidence is a positive assessment of one's skills and abilities, one's knowledge and strength.
Self-confidence is our own perception of ourselves, our capabilities.
Confidence is not necessarily an innate factor. This is the result of working on yourself, on your thoughts and attitudes.
To develop this trait, you first need desire and perseverance.
But the most important thing is your actions. Your confidence will not grow and show up if you don't put in any effort.
I have prepared a couple of tips that once helped me a lot, and will help you gain confidence:
1.GOALS
Set goals for yourself, do not relax and do not lose the bar.
Make discipline for yourself, this will be the key to success.
2. ENJOY THE CHANGE PROCESS
Everything you do, you should do with pleasure. Only in this way will the result of your actions and your efforts.
3.SUPPORT
Support yourself, and listen to your true feelings and desires.
4. OBSERVE AND CONTROL CHANGES
Compare yourself today with yourself yesterday. And not with anyone else! But only with you!
You need to have courage, desire to change your life, and faith in yourself!
