1) Take a hot bath. Fill the tub with water at a temperature that suits you (depending on whether you like hot or lukewarm water). While the tub is filling, turn off the lights and light some candles. In addition, you can supplement the rest with a few favorite things, for example:
-pour yourself a glass of wine, juice, tea, fruit punch or just water;
- turn on your favorite music;
- light incense;
-Take out your favorite bathrobe or terry towel
2) Add bath salt, essential oil and other ingredients to the water. It's a great way to take a bath, and it also helps you relax. Don't limit yourself to bath salts! Feel free to add some bubble baths, oils, special bath pearls, bombs, and anything else to help you relax.
3) Try making a skin mask. At the spa, you would be offered a choice of seaweed mask or mud mask. Leave the mask on the skin for a few minutes, then rinse off. The mask will give the skin a feeling of softness and youth.
4) Relaxing in the bath, massage the muscles. Surely you have not rested for a long time, and because of work, your back, legs, arms and neck swell or hurt. Take the time to stretch your muscles with your fingers and relax a little in warm water.
I hope my tips will help you organize a spa at home. But maybe I missed something? I will be glad, my dear reader, to hear your recommendations on this matter.
