Stress and anxiety accompany us constantly. Problems at work, in the family, strange people who meet us on a walk or a strange situation that happened just when you were buying groceries in the store. All this has a strong effect on us. And over the years we lose interest in the ordinary joys of life.
You have to fight with it. And the only effective remedy is rest.
Rest is not lying in bed and doing nothing (although you really want to do it). Rest is a change in the type of activity in a certain period of time. That is, we say "today I rested so well and read the whole book." It's just that our brain thinks it's rest, because the task is not as difficult as, for example, the tasks we perform at work.
In order to have a good rest, sometimes you don't just need to shut yourself up in the house, but go on a trip or go on a picnic. But for me it is better to go to a deserted island or just a place where there are not so many people. And do your favorite things, but in silence.
