Children adapt extremely fast if you let them.
Every single parent can tell you how their kids have discovered something new and exciting.
They also make friends so fast a lot faster than adults.
Children learn the language , culture so fast because they have a huge desire to play grow and learn with everyone.
Oksana who I trained for her job years ago was so much more advanced on every level than anyone else I was training. Yet she had the least amount of time in this country.
Her secret was she had a 8 year old daughter.
Her daughter help her adjust in record speed. Not only the language barrier but customs and traditions as well.
Oksana even told me her daughter helped her and her husband with communications. From the smallest things to big things she could tell her in both languages almost instantly .
Her daughter helped her mom make friends. Taught her what's in style and trending. Her daughter loved doing this. Because as any parent knows their child wants positive attention from their parents.
Oksana met her neighbors faster. Went to school events for her daughter was in met other parents.
But the greatest reward for Oksana was she said her daughter kept her so busy. She never felt homesick missed friends or most of her former activities.
As a parent myself I have learned our children take over our lives. Our friends lives as well.
But it's the greatest reward!

You should be warned right now your child will affect you 10 times as much.
Children love new things, adventures and experiences a lot more than adults do.
Just when you thought you are clever and you know what you are doing in life and there. Your child will teach you otherwise but in a good way.
At the end of the day you will get that hug and kiss from your child. And nothing else matters because it's the purest love and affection one can receive.
Remember when your feeling confused or frustrated ask your child . They are more clever and resourceful than you can imagine .

Allow them to help you grow on all levels. Encourage them and they will show you a world you either forgot or never seen before.
They are the most helpful resource you will ever have at your finger tips.
Be proud of them , be wise, and love them.
They can make your life so much easier if you allow them to.
Have them teach you what they have learned in school.
You will grow immensely .
