In my journey as a flight attendant, I've come to realize the vital importance of staying in shape. That's why I've integrated a dedicated fitness routine into my life.

From the outset, I decided to invest my first salary into a fitness club subscription. This marked the beginning of my commitment to health and wellbeing.

Here's a glimpse into my weekly routine:

Gym Sessions: I prioritize strength training, hitting the gym 2-3 times a week. These workouts not only boost my physical strength but also help me maintain the resilience needed for my job.

Pool Time: Swimming is my ultimate stress-reliever. It not only exercises every muscle in my body but also provides a refreshing escape. I typically spend around 20 minutes in the pool, followed by some well-deserved relaxation in the sauna or steam room.

Cardio Boost: I allocate around 30 minutes to the treadmill. Cardiovascular health is paramount for a flight attendant, as it ensures I have the stamina to manage long hours of service.
