The day wakes up, so do I! Look what I usually eat for breakfast!
Most often for breakfast I eat various cereals/porridges or eggs. In variations: omelettes, fried eggs, poached eggs, granola, instant cereals, etc.
In the summer I also like vegetables/fruits. In winter, they make me feel cold in the morning, so in winter I only have berries and bananas in my porridge in the morning. But in the summer there is where to roam.
In addition to cereal/eggs, I definitely put on the table an assortment of snacks/sauces/bread spreads. The other day, a friend gave me some delicious sun-dried tomatoes for breakfast.
I don’t eat meat, fish or any hearty main dish for breakfast. I am fascinated by the buffets in Russian hotels, when for breakfast you can find everything from aspic to casserole.
But I can easily get my fill during modest European breakfasts with their cereals and croissants. For me, such breakfasts are more familiar.
And, of course, my ideal breakfast is breakfast in good company. To paraphrase the classic (never eat alone) - never eat breakfast alone! Share the joy of a new day with your loved one.
