2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 small carrot, diced
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 onion, finely chopped

Beat eggs with milk, salt and black pepper.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry onions, carrots and tomatoes until soft.
