Where does a good day start?

The first thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning should lift your spirits. It could be your favorite painting, a photograph of loved ones or friends, or an indoor flower. The more things in your bedroom that please the eye, the more positive emotions you will have at the beginning of the day.
When you wake up, immediately ask yourself what will lift your spirits during the day. The answer must be specific. Perhaps you have a meeting planned with friends, or you are going to the cinema in the evening. The more pleasant little things you find in the coming day, the more you will want to start it.

Make sure your bedroom is always saturated with fresh air, ventilate it before going to bed. Or use air purifiers. The easier you breathe, the stronger your sleep and the more pleasant your awakening. In general, the bedroom should be a serene oasis, with a comfortable bed, pleasant bed linen, and a soft blanket. Then the rest will be complete.

Create a morning ritual that makes you want to get out of bed. This could be a short walk, an invigorating shower or meditation. Personally, I love the morning, among other things, because at this time a cup of coffee is especially aromatic and tasty. Experiment, look for your ritual.

When you wake up, you can take several deep breaths and sharp short exhalations. After that, it’s time to charge. Several gymnastic exercises will help you acquire the necessary tone.

The music has an incredibly infectious energy. Make your morning top of your favorite songs, which will help you cheer up and give you a great mood for the whole day.

Remember that only you can control your mood. Think not about the difficulties that may await you, but about new opportunities. The more positive your morning thoughts are, the better your day will go.
