But that was not the case, from September 1 it turned out that for each day it was necessary to draw up a plan, in a certain form according to the state standard, it had to be typed on a computer and printed on a printer, that is, I was supposed to have my own computer and printer at home, paper of course, refilling the printer, files (multifors), folders where it is filed, all this must be purchased at my expense, plus online training, also for a fee. In addition, we make scripts for holidays, posters ourselves, if we imagine some kind of fairy tale with children, prepare material for classes, classes are designed for complete morons, who are taught to count to five and recognize colors for a year. And tell them the same stupid stories. The lesson plans are strict, it is very difficult to make them interesting, we are looking for ideas from our colleagues on the Internet. The classes do not involve the development of intelligence and intelligence, they are more likely for retarded children, I don’t know in what century these plans were adopted. But if anyone thinks that the kindergarten develops, I hasten to disappoint you, only an absolutely neglected child can be developed there.

But, by the way, there are such people, and these are not the children of proletarians, these are the children of very strange people. For example, a grandmother brings her grandson, a grandson at almost three years old in a diaper, and he does everything there with absolutely no concern; the child has a mother, a father, a grandmother, a grandfather, a sister and a brother. At the same time, by the age of three, a child shits in a diaper, and the fact that he pooped can only be guessed by the smell. And grandma is keenly interested in classes, and when do you have classes, and what do you teach? That is, you, mother, grandmother, have not taught your child to shit in a potty by the age of three, and you expect to study, apparently, higher mathematics! That is, for three years the relatives did not strain at all, in kindergarten they will be potty trained, they will learn to eat, and at the same time they will learn to speak. But no, the nanny and I changed the diaper as it was full and didn’t even take this guy to the potty, if the mother and grandmother don’t need it, then let me go to school on my own. Or to the army. This is simply infuriating. No, people would be illiterate, but they are normal, in appearance. It is not the responsibility of the teacher to teach potty training. In theory, children should already dress somehow, but no, no one knows how even at 4 years old, only some children. But a special bummer is these non-speaking three-year-old mothers whose mothers decided that they would teach them in kindergarten. And this is not in a village, we have a big city and not a proletarian area. People, if a child at two years old does not speak at least phrases, you need to run to the doctor! We need to run to a defectologist. Every day is worth its weight in gold. Another problem is that hyperactive children are not just lively and active, but aggressive and uncontrollable. This is also a doctor's appointment. There are usually two or three of these per group. They make life incredibly difficult for the entire group. And often with their parents such children are obedient and affectionate. And parents don’t believe that their little angel can easily hit a friend with a chair, or hit a teacher in the eye with a cube. Again, we will survive, and you will live with this child. And the longer you delay getting qualified help, the worse the consequences. But in general, the majority of children are wonderful. This is encouraging, 80% of children are developed, at three years old they already know everything they need to be taught by the age of 4, they obey, they are kind, sweet, it’s just a blast. I would work like this all my life, but it’s very hard, there are few teachers, if one gets sick, then go replace it, and you end up working 12 hours a day, they pay ridiculous money (Kiev), the management cheats out of everything, all sorts of incentive funds go away to my friends, in the end, somehow, after working for a month for 12 hours, I received 8 thousand, my friend, a student, working in a cosmetics store for 9 hours, as you know, without education, and just smiling and chatting with clients, received 12. Total, ungrateful work..I quit and opened my own travel agency....
