3 ways to develop your intuition

For me, intuition has always been on a par with teleportation and levitation - not in terms of word formation, but in terms of unreality and far-fetchedness. No, of course, I tried to look for this sixth sense in myself and even follow it, but it never ended well. In a word, I became convinced that intuition is a myth, although life persistently proved the opposite. Classmates who always pulled out the desired ticket - “he was the warmest.” Friends who unmistakably guess how a new acquaintance will behave - “well, behind him it’s like there’s a white screen on which everything is drawn.” It is difficult to suspect them of colluding with dark forces - apparently, they simply have a very developed skill.
WAYS TO DEVELOP INTUITION

1. Make friends with your intuition. “Every person has a different ‘intuition style,’ or a physical sensation associated with it,” Condon explains in his book The Power of Insights. — Someone feels warmth in their stomach, someone has a picture flashing in their head or, for example, their eye begins to twitch. These are normal chaotic signals from the subconscious.” Left alone with yourself, remember in detail the cases when you successfully acted on a whim. Write down absolutely all the sensations that you had at those moments: tinnitus, a strange feeling in your chest, rapid heartbeat. And also the form in which the information was received: was it a sudden clear decision or a vague image that you interpreted in the correct way. You will understand how the subconscious sends signals specifically to you. For example, my right hand begins to cramp, and the “message” comes in the form of separate words.

2. Learn to turn it on at the right moments. Having figured out how your intuition is born, try to use it consciously. Ask yourself a clear, simple question and focus on the part of your body where your sixth sense arises. When familiar sensations appear - and they will appear, although not the first time - squeeze your hands tightly. Repeat the exercise daily, and pretty soon this simple gesture will be enough for you to start the mechanism of intuition.

3. Give your intuition freedom. Make as many wild guesses as possible throughout the day. Try to guess everything: what the name of the waiter in the cafe is, what your friend will be wearing, what task you will receive first at work. Don't take this seriously at all and genuinely laugh at yourself when your guesses are wrong. And they will be wrong in most cases. The purpose of this exercise is to relax and learn to turn off logic. After a while, you will be surprised to find that more and more assumptions turn out to be correct. For example, I began to predict phone calls as well as caller ID.
